“The art work ‘Postoffice Beatrix’ is a common communication space for the occupants of care centre Beatrix and has the nostalgic environment of a sociëteit. The occupants can use the especially designed letter paper, envelopes, cards and stamps to send eachother or family exclusive mail.
The “Postoffice” contains a library with boasted correspondence literature. In vitrines belonging objects are exposed. The “Postoffice” has been devised by artists Gabriel Lester and Jennifer Tee in association with graphic designer Richard Niessen.”
