If I had some spare cash lying around, I would probably give the people of the 246 W17 apartments and lofts, a call. They have this interesting housing project in Manhattan, New York. This loft for example, would suit my needs perfectly.

Lately, I’ve seen a lot of housing projects in New York City that have a full blown website and marketing campaign. There’s a trailer on the website and you can explore the neighborhood virtually. I guess you may expect something for your money when you can afford a place like that.
