This is a clock called Verbarius that writes the time in words. It comes with 5 languages (English, German, Spanish, French and Russian), but you can also load any other language through a computer. It’s not that cheap, it will set you back a little over € 130. The clock is by Art Lebedev, who you might know for their Optimus keyboard.
