Rest In Peaces is a project by Nadine Jarvis and it’s part of her ongoing Post Mortem research project where she is looking for alternate treatment for our deceased.
You can hang this ceramic urn in a tree, after 1 to 3 years the thread will break due to degrading and the urn will smash when it hits the ground.
There are 2 more projects that are part of this research: a Bird Feeder made from bird food and human ash. The person is reincarnated through the life of the bird.
Carbon Copies. Pencils made from the carbon of human cremains. 240 pencils can be made from an average body of ash - a lifetime supply of pencils for those left behind.
