No, this isn’t just a plastic bucket, this is the Bucket Vase by Tina Roeder. You better be careful with it, it’s a porcelain bucket!

For her White Plastic Chairs she uses old, found or decaying garden chairs. They all become an unique piece after being perforated and sanded.

These images were shot by John Ross and are the artwork on the Lifeblood record by the Manic Street Preachers, designed by FARROW.

‘Made in Berlin’ was a small exhibition during this years DMY Berlin. The title is self explanatory and here are 2 projects that I really liked.

The sheep in Almere, The Netherlands, have a nice stable don’t you think so? The community commissioned 70f architecture to design this barn for their 80 sheep.

This music video for ‘Dead Leaves And The Dirty Ground’ by The Whites Stripes was directed my Michael Gondry. It has a very similar look and feel as the Displacements by Michael Naimark.

Displacements is an immersive film installation by Michael Naimark. He filmed 3 people in an archetypal Americana living room. The camera was standing in the middle of the room and rotated sowly. Afterwards he spray-painted the whole room white and placed a projector at the same spot of the camera. The result is a strange augmented reality effect. He did this for the first time back in 1980, this version is from 2005.
