Tentstation by Melle Smets was an art installation during the Oerol 2007 festival in The Netherlands. It is supposed to look like a petrol station as they really became part of our landscape.

What’s up with the vodka brands these days … So this Belevedere Vodka their current campaign: Luxury Reborn. And what did they do? They got themselves some VIP’s: Vincent Gallo, Jade Jagger and the RZA. And who directed and photographed it all? Terry Richardson of course.
Mmmh, I don’t know what to make of it.

Double Exposure is a project by AVPD. This installation is in a room with 3 windows. They made 3 lightboxes who represent the 3 real ones, they all face their original. There is light sensor at the window which measures the intensity and color of the sunlight. A computer processes the data and adjust the lightboxes in realtime, so on both sides of the room you’ll have the same light condition. It would also be interesting to have this ‘mirrored window’ at an other location or even an other timezone.
