Silk Piece I

October 26th, 2008

Silk Piece I by Jens RischJens Risch took a kilometer long thread of sewing silk and made knots till no other knot can be added. He started in October 2000, he first added one knot next to the other. On 03/31/2003 he finished the first series of knots, it took him 5 other series to get to this result in November 2004. It measures around 9x8x6 cm. That’s what you would call determination, right?
