		<description>C&#039;mon, the visually impaired!?  Aren&#039;t they used to dealing with things they can&#039;t see.  And as far as drivers are concerned, I think that billboards and other advertising are equally distracting.  This is why most public art is so boring, because there are so many nervous people making decisions.  I think this work is interesting and engaging for the public.</description>
