C’mon, the visually impaired!? Aren’t they used to dealing with things they can’t see. And as far as drivers are concerned, I think that billboards and other advertising are equally distracting. This is why most public art is so boring, because there are so many nervous people making decisions. I think this work is interesting and engaging for the public.

Isn’t there a danger that these will be difficult to see (for, say, drivers or the visually impaired)?
