Chrome Experiments
March 19th, 2009Google launched the website “Chrome Experiments” today, to show off the capabilities of Javascript in web browsers. Of course they want to promote their own Chrome browser, which is still not available on the mac. On the website you can find 19 experiments made by some familiar names like Casey Reas, Josh Nimoy, Hi-ReS!, Karsten Schmidt, Mr.doob, …
My favorites so far are Browser Ball and BallDroppings.

They all work on my mac in firefox.

They should work “alright” on Safari 3/4. (Much better than on Firefox)

Indeed, that’s quite a speed bump in Safari 4.
