Sieger Duinkerken designed these invitations for exhibitions at de Gele Rijder in Arnhem, The Netherlands. You have to slide a stroked transparent film over the print to be able to read the copy and to even see it animated.
The Starbrick is an experiment with light modulation and space by Olafur Eliasson for Zumtobel. The configuration below is made of several Starbricks. But you can use them on their own or in different structures. I would definitely like to see these in real life.
These paintings by Chris Acheson have this very realistic look. Apparently one of his favorite subjects are shop windows, especially these one of an Agent Provocateur store. The reflections are quite impressive.
“A New Error” is definitely the best track on the new Moderat record. They should have skipped all the vocal tracks, terrible stuff. But I could listen to this one in a infinite loop. You might wanna click the HD button if you like it. (The video doesn’t have any visuals, just the track.)
A month ago Honda launched its TV commercial “Let It Shine” for its hybrid car called Insight. They now placed the ad on the online video service Vimeo and I must admit it is quite awesome. Have a look at it here.
This is probably the best video intergration since the YouTube Wario Land Ad. Wieden+Kennedy Amsterdam didn’t only make the TV commercial but also this first ever rich media take over spot (yeah, that’s a mouth full) on Vimeo.
This is an illustration designed by HORT for the Australian record label Modular. They developed a visual concept for promotional posters, flyers and pamphlets, in this ripped up photo style.
