New Sheheit is the latest collection by Bless. One part of it, is a collaboration with the sportswearbrand OXBOW. They designed 3 new versions of the Skolpen, a classic knitted ski pullover from the 80´s.
The black & white Skolpen
It shows a black and white mountain motive, partly garnished with embroidered silver chesspattern elements.

The 3D Skolpen
A 3D anaglyph mountain motive is translated into knitwear. the 3D effect can be seen while wearing the common red-green glasses.

The mixed skolpen
Some sort of a swiss knife of ultimate top gear for the perfect winter day: a knitted base that contains different layers, a detachable and yet a bit everywhere fixable scarf, roll-down nylon sleeves and hood, pockets and windbreaking backparts in a wild pattern mix that ensures a good visibility of the skier that wears this piece.

Digital Flora is a new track by Zomby, just perfect for today. Sorry, the track is offline again, so here is 1 Up by Zomby. Strange Fruit is a killer track too.

Shukuno Rintendo is a Japanese bicycle brand. Between 1996 and 1998 they produced a special series of power assited bicycles, 2 of them were the Fire Trick Bob and the Water Trick Bob. The Fire Trick Bob had a small turbine which produced 4.4 horsepower of thrust. The water and air tanks of the Water Trick Bob could generate enough thrust for 50 meters.

Gee Willi‘s Flickr account is full with animated gifs. These tilt-shifted wiggly ones are my favorites. Flickr is really not the right platform to show animated gifs though.

I assume that you all know about TED by now and that we all want to go there … Golan Levin, half artist half engineer, was one of the speakers at TED last February. He has done the most amazing projects like Messa di Voce or Double-Taker. Yes, I’m a fan. So I can recommend you to watch his presentation.
I couldn’t really find much information on these sculptures by Phillip Low, except that you can buy them at Maryam Nassir Zadeh.

Green Pink Caviar is an eight minute high definition video by Marilyn Minter. She filmed some models licking candy and cake decoration, from under a pane of glass. Very lush!
The mouth is one of her favorite subjects. She paints some of her photographs on metal with translucent enamel paint to produce luminous finish. And they are huge, this first image “Quails Egg” measures 7 by 4 foot. The 2 other images are large C-Prints.
