Liesbet Bussche her graduation project from the Rietveld Academie in Amsterdam was all about street jewelry. I like these street earings the best.

Hand From Above is an interactive installation by Chris O’Shea. He was commissioned by Abandon Normal Devices and Liverpool City Council for BBC Big Screen Liverpool and the Live Sites Network to create something for the BBC Big Screen. Hand From Above interacts with unsuspecting pedestrians, it can tickle, stretch, flick or remove entirely them on the big screen. Chris used openFrameworks and OpenCV to build this software.

Untitled Sound Objects

October 15th, 2009

“Untitled Sound Objects” is a series of sound installations by Zimoun an Pe Lang. They use computer controlled small machines and robots, in combination with different materials which are used as sound sources. This video gives you a nice overview.

This video shows you some of the test objects and experiments they did.

This last one called “Woodworms I” by Zimoun, is nothing more than a piece of wood, a microphone, a soundsystem and woodworms.

I don’t know that much about this music video except that it’s “Luv (sic) pt. 2″ by Nujabes. It could be a viral for the Casio EXILIM EX-F1 camera … But I enjoyed it anyway.
