After the great Chicago Blizzard of 2011, hundreds of thousands of pounds of snow were removed from the city’s downtown streets. Loaded by bulldozers and heavy trucks, much of it was piled in the empty lot between our studio and the railroad tracks.

In a collaborative effort between Coudal Partners and The Explorers of the New World Society, an expedition was immediately formed. A bold assault was launched aiming to have our team be the first men to summit this peak. Known for their dexterity and grit, Dawson and Matt were selected for the dangerous undertaking. This is their story.

There’s just one bitter taste about it. I can’t watch the official video in Germany, M.I.A. even uses the official YouTube video on her homepage. Is 2010 still the year where licenses are local but music is global?

You can see Guillaume doing a base jump into Dean’s Blue Hole. They say it’s a fictional and artistic project, they wanted to show another approach to freediving videos. Even Julie, who filmed everything with a Canon 5D Mark II, hold her breath the whole time. The result is awesome.
