Isn’t procrastination the best word ever?
Blitz made this interactive wall for Adobe Creativity Conducted. It’s an amazing combination of Flash, WiiFlash, Papervision3D and the latest Flash player.
“Adobe Creativity Conducted” Interactive Wall Experience features a holographic-like projection system on which you can paint images and designs using a Nintendo Wii remote control. This full screen Flash application runs in HD resolution, and was premiered during the primary Adobe party of the MAX 07 Conference in Chicago. The experience ran uninterrupted for the duration of the party (4 hours), and received nonstop foot traffic resulting in 68 artistic creations submitted as images to a Flickr account.
You can find some more info at the Blitz labs.

‘PSC34′ (2003) by Mark Wilson, make sure that you check out his older work too.

Don’t Walk Alone is a music blog by Sony France. Santamaria.tv made this video to promote that site.
You can find a quicktime video here.
After seeing many research projects about touchscreen interfaces (Sony CSL, HyperPalette, SmartSkin, DataTiles, HoloWall, Pick-and-Drop, and the demo’s by Jeff Han, the technology is finally coming available to the broad audience … the Apple iPhone. So what are they doing in Redmond? Well, they just launched ‘Microsoft Surface’. Don’t get your hopes up, it will cost between $5,000 and $10,000, so the people in the demo movies must be very rich.
UPDATE:

HP is having the second series of their Personal Again campaign. One of the commercials is with Michel Gondry, for some reason I can’t believe he isn’t a mac guy …
I’ve posted the Landcraft project by Parklab some months ago. Now, they used their 3D flash landscape engine for a sound visualizer: Musicscape.

They even have more tricks up their sleeve: Papervision3D Terrain. Here they mixed their code with the hottest flash 3D engine called Papervision3D. With every click you can generate a new 3D landscape.
You can read the details at Den Ivanov’s blog.
And as a bonus, here’s a turntable rendered with the landcraft engine.
An other beautiful stop-motion, hand drawn music video. This time by Geoff McFetridge for “Golden Cage” by The Whitest Boy Alive (note to self: get tickets for the Berlin concert now!). Watch the video here.
Some time ago, I posted my favorite work by the artist Olafur Eliasson: Your Black Horizon.
I also showed you what’s possible with paper and laser etching: Paperlux.
Today it’s time to combine both: Your House.
Your House is a book with 454 laser cut pages showing you the negative space of Olafur Eliassons house. There are only 225 copies of this piece of art and it will cost you 3500 $.
