Macaframa is the name of a crew of track bike riders but also the name of a film about them. In this first clip you can see a quite impressive skid by Nate Gogol. But actually all their clips on Vimeo are worth watching, some of them were shot with a high speed camera and the image quality is just lush.

‘Made In Queens‘ is a short documentary directed by Nicolas Randall and Joe Stevens. It’s about a small crew of 6 Trinida­dian teenagers in Queens, New York, who customize their BMX bikes with huge soundsystems. They gave their bikes even names:

Basszilla, which looks definitely louder than in that November 2007 The New York Times article.
