Congratulations! We have put our time and heart in this birthday present. In a society where almost everything can be bought by money, the shape of a present becomes more important than the actual content. In this case the inside could be whatever you wish it to be.

Kivik Start is series of concrete boxes designed by the Norwegian architecture firm Snøhetta and the Swedish photographer Tom Sandberg, for the new contemporary art centre in Kivik, Sweden. They explore the spacial and temporal relationship between photography, archtecture and the landscape.





House Uc is located in Tokyo, it has 91 sqm and was designed by Miyahara Architect Office. I’ll take it.
The Boros Collection is a private art collection in Berlin, located in a huge WWII air-raid bunker. On top of it, they have build this penthouse. Unfortunatly I couldn’t find better photos, but I guess you can imagine that this is an unique project and living space.



63.02°, a 71.4 m2 apartment / house in Tokyo. If they would only add an other 50 m2 and build one in Berlin, I would definitely be interested. 63.02°, by the way, is the angle of one side to the street. Build by Schemata Architecture Office Ltd.
