New Lease of Life’ by Demelza Hill.

A unique set of 8 glasses, all second hand and different brought together and branded as a new set of glasses giving them new life in a new family. Every set it made up of different glassed and is individual.

Details: All eight glassed have had the bases dyed and a line frosted at a set height to create a new visual link re-grouping them.

Die Gestalten Verlag  presents this exhibition called ‘Fragiles‘, it has over 200 objects made from porcelain, glass and ceramics. I guess this makes the design trend with those materials official. Unfortunately you’ll have to go to Miami to visit it.
