On with todays theme on seduction. Style.com did a video interview with Christian Louboutin, a famous womens shoe designer. This quote just says it all, he stays true to his design principle.

I wanted to do shoes that were purely for seduction, for pleasure, for sex. That’s it. A shoe that you cannot run, you cannot even walk. If you want to run in these shoes, buy sneakers.

It’s been a while since I was excited about some new Nike Air Force 1 releases … ok, I’m still waiting for these Supreme Berlin ones. But these Supreme Canvas ones, damn hot! This picture doesn’t really do them any justice, the detailed ones at the Nike1Love blog do.

Nike is re-releasing some of it classics from the 70′s. The LD-1000, the Daybreak, the Nylon Cortez … they all look like they are over 30 years old. Nike did an amazing job on making this sneakers look vintage. You can have a look at them on the Nike Vintage Running website, which looks like a 70′s running magazine. Or buy them in Berlin at Nort or Solebox.

I have visited the BLESS website numerous times and apparently I have always missed these ‘Fat Knit Home Boots’. They were part of BLESS N°28 with ‘Climate Confusion Assistance’ as a theme.

Today was Nike iD Studio day! Yay!
As soon as I found out that Nike would have the Air Force 1 Supreme Low at their iD Studios, I knew I wanted to do one. Especially with those material and color options it was a real no-brainer.
Everytime you design a sneaker on Nike iD, it’s a little like baking a cake. You pick the ingredients and hope that they will blend together and then you shove it in the oven. And then it bakes … you’ll have to be patient … it can take weeks … In the end you’ll be happy like a little kid!
White is the first color this season at the Nike iD Studio. White is not just white, there’s white, off white and antique white. Combine those with different materials (Weave, Crinkle, Ostrich, Diamond Weave, Dodo Bird, Basketball, Iguana, Cross Hatch, Pig Skin, Crocodile, Smooth, Pebbled, Patent, Kangaroo, Nubuck, Suede and Real Deal) you’ll get tons of possibilities … choices choices choices.
I decided to go with an all Antique White one. Here is a crappy picture of the screen at the iD Studio.
